Community College was Tripping and Go Down Slippery Slope

I have heard many times professors talked about they classmates were going to compete against them or taken away they chance in their field job. The only thing that bothering me was when the lecturer wants students to thriving above and beyond against their friends who were come from diversity and nuance background. People do not know the only person who is capable or eligible enough to compete with them is themselves and no one else could. They were segregated the bonds between students. Consequently, these indoctrinations will have made them difficult to find the authenticity within themselves or what we called self-branding. We have seen college students merely attended certain rally without full of understanding the whole core reason of it. It happened because they were following the crowd as well as when they are found out someone has different perspective either they laugh towards them or they got cancelled. In fact, there is no one monitoring their behaviors and it will end up they will get easily manipulate in such a vulnerable state.
College would be the perfect place in the world to bring and plant the ideologies in their head. There are no other ways they can exit from the manipulate chain since they are away from their parents, do not have the base line for their identity, always following the herd, surrounded by students who are vulnerable, ashamed, low self-esteem, play the victim, miserable, have mental disorder and long list of disease whether inside or outside the body still have not had been addressed yet. Moreover, with social media among youth generation would be bread and butter for those digital companies to implant somethings vile and sadistic.
Have you ever heard some Universities held some of the game competition. Although, challenges have done that in order to introduce the digital development in modern era and to show the college community are supporting the technology development, whereas gaming events have many negative effects such as the benefit effects too. Despite made someone felt pleasant afterwards, but overspending time on game would end up lack of emotional intelligent. Could not handling their emotions will affect their social interaction in society and it cannot be fix overnight. Especially if they were already engaged with phone when they were in such a young age.
As far as I am concerned, university will be Utopia if their system has firm action to approach student in efficient and effective way and the professors are had the comprehensive insight with the subject, they most passionated.
