Obstacle for Our Humanity

    While the world is celebrating the transition of the world to 2025 by playing and enjoying firecrackers, bombs are still waging and being reinforced in Middle East. Particularly in Palestine, people are desperately fulfilling their own tables with foods, let alone other basic rights such as medical facilities and its availability. Israel has been doing everything but ceasefire to get the ‘hostages’ out of Gaza. The same ‘state’ who has been backing up by billions of dollars and more importantly sophisticated technologies from powerful countries such as US and Germany. It is peculiar for Israel to not have the capability to locate the hiding place of Hamas members since they are being politely praised by ‘neutral’ people for having such a wonderful innovation. Why do people in neutral side amazed with Israel’s technologies whilst they are simultaneously gaslighting the entire audiences of everlasting war. For instance, IDF spokesperson was elaborating Arabic calendar as Hamas’s paper strategy. If they had high-level of intelligent in compare to any other countries, why they did not use Google translate first before performing their propagandas. The answer is either they are ignorant people in the first place since they did not have any Arabic translators whatsoever or they are looking down upon us. In other words, they suggested we are dumb or unaware as if them. Frankly, advance technology is one of the distractions to make people see other way which the place where babies died because of hypothermia and frequent bombs to neighbor countries such as Yemen.

     As a solidarity towards Palestinians in Gaza who have been sieged by constant bombardment and tank’s missiles, military group in Yemen, Houthis has been taken actions by preventing ships which contained with armed supplies to get into Israel. For Israel and its allies, Houthis’s movements are one of the threats in Middle East and it should be banished altogether by bombing some of the part of Yemen. It is ridiculous to implicitly say US and Europe countries can sustain Israel’s power, but when other nations help Israel’s opponents they are being so called ‘hindrance’. It is unacceptable if Yemen wants to uplifting the way Palestinians live and preventing children especially babies to get hypothermia. How should we do as man-kind if aids, foods, other necessities are being limited, treatment to children for Gaza was being denied by UK, directors of some of the hospitals in Gaza are being detained. If permanent members of United Nation did not want to impose ceasefire deal, let Houthis take tangible actions to address a never-ending misery in Gaza. It is inevitable to see Yemen as well as Israel back and forward sent their missiles when people in charge are not perceived the war genuinely. Until this point, UN General Assembly is only for formality because as long as one of the permanent members of UN is vetoing the resolution, nothing will change whatsoever.

    At the end of the day, who will be going to stop the madness of Israel’s personnel government if they have been freely given the chance to ‘self-defense’ and the right people in power are scared of being cancelled or whatnot. The main debates such as self-defense, genocide term, occupation, will always be repeated in the same tune over and over again. How many times did we hear the news about somebody’s dying in tents nor hospitals from Gaza and West Bank because prime minister of Israel wants to sustain his own position. It is so selfish to deliberately dehumanizing other ethnicity in order to maintain their own life style. People who watched or listened to breaking news are already exhausted to see bombs drop into refugee camps, medical facilities, central world kitchen’s car, civilians’ infrastructures, let alone Palestinians itself who are desperately waiting for miracle to happen. Nonetheless, it is disappointing to see people still arguing whether or not Israel’s actions deemed as genocide, apartheid, land grabbing because whilst they are arguing the existence of Israel’s atrocities, somebody’s child is dying in incubator or any diverse reasons amid war. However, hope the humanity still within us in 2025. Greater Israel or freedom for Palestinians to have their own independent state is on our hand and we cannot let innocent people down because somebody’s arrogance ambition.
