The Capability to Deploy Consciousness

     We are known as a human, regardless some of them have a lack such as physical or mental, still have the right to live in our society because they are deemed as our species. The pro-choice movement would argue that fetus cannot has the capability to deploy consciousness and made it as a bar minimum for someone to be called human-being. You can move aside the heartbeat, twin interactions inside the womb, capability to feel pain, hearing a sound, but we can underline that the baby have consciousness in 30-35 weeks pregnancy nor they still denied it and demand the next level of consciousness.

  Nonetheless, how can the babies get the awareness if the mother was preventing them to have it in the first place. It is the same such as patient in a state of coma and doctor said the patient will recover after 3 weeks. You do not have any rights to put off their life supporting tools’ since you have already known they will gain back their consciousness. The simple interpretation in this case is when we were sleeping. We do not have our awareness in that current state, whereas does not mean someone can pursuing murder towards that individual and expecting not getting any accusations or deemed as innocence. If we treated consciousness as a golden ticket, then what is the different with the slavery back in the day. From what I am gathered, we should be valuing person-hood whether or not they have or have not had certain capabilities.
