On June 8 1967, Israel has the courage to assault their weapon towards American’s Navy technical research ship. At the time, USS Liberty (AGTR-5) has merely been provided to handle urge situation with pirate combat machines in order to prevent other vessels to raid the ship. As a result, AGTR-5 cannot handle the circumstance to fight back motor torpedo boats and reconnaissance aircrafts which were firing their artilleries on air. Around two hours of the assault from Israeli forces, they immediately cease the charge and head back. Thereafter, Israeli helicopter came with note which contained the question regarding if they have any casualties. Such an audacity after attacking USS Liberty with napalms and torpedoes which made enormous hole to the ship and they were not even asking face to face with the crews. In addition, is Israeli really ignorant by not seeing with their own “chosen” eyes nor considering the blood was all over the places and covering AGTR-5. The blindness within themselves is not merely affecting their eyes, but polluting their heart as well. Nevertheless, Israel was deliberately blocking tactical frequencies in order to avoid outside witnesses or in particular USS Saratoga, when its position was miles away behind USS Liberty. However, Israel was also jamming international distress frequencies before Israel began to execute the operation which prohibited under the international law. If Israel transparently has the guts to break international law since or before 1967, why America still hellbent to protect Israel all at cost. The answer is, the campaigns for US president at the time and after the tragedy have been providing by Jewish community and billionaires since 19's.
President Lyndon B. Johnson was responsible for covering the atrocity from Israeli forces towards American Navy by not allowing the press to conducted any news about the attack. America-Israel relationship has become a traditional heritage which need to preserve in order to keep the flood of money from Jew donators to go through government's pocket. Even though Israel has betrayed their promise with White House regarding the initiation to assault the enemies of Israel before those opponents are attacking first, American government still continue their support to Israel since American citizens were not aware of the strike whatsoever. Beside of the censorship from American government, it is such a fancy idea for Israel to break any laws and/or even their promises to their beloved ally because those American authorities will protect them wholeheartedly. In spite of the American and Israel government are kissing each other money, Israel was jamming their radar sets at the US Embassy in Tel Aviv before Israeli forces starts to launch their missiles to Egypt in 1967. Furthermore, Israel military hoped their action cannot be detected, but their expectation was shattered when USS Liberty almost reaching Egypt’s coast and witnessing the rush nor arrogance of Israel to “secure their land”. Therefore, Israel was not merely sinking AGTR-5 but also American Navy crews’ reliance back then till this present time. Nevertheless, the corporate medias-as a beehive for people in 19’s-were not allowed to cover Israeli assault to USS Liberty.
The press and other corporate medias were not capable to inform folks regarding the assault from their ally to American people on Middle East Sea because the victims and their relatives were being tightly protected from journalists. Jewish community and donators were threatening the present American president, Lyndon B. Johnson with antisemitic and other labels which can ruin his name nor public opinions about him. As a result, many of the people are stamping the assault as conspiracy theory and an incident. If it was incident, it will not make 34 died and 171 injured as the outcome of the assault. In addition, the term of incident is used to describe the circumstances happened without any intentions from the perpetrator. Moreover, it is obvious to see the deliberate movement to open fire towards ship with enormous American flag and jamming their international distress communication after confirming the possession of the ship and waving back to American crews. It is kind of odd for people to argue the ship was assumed by Israeli as Russian vessel because Reconnaissance planes from Israeli forces itself have confirmed and validated the people on the deck as Americans. Nonetheless, current Israelis can reassure people regarding the assault was a mistake, though they are not capable to prove some evidences to backing up their assumption. On the other words, they implicitly said “I know, but I do not know”. It is not merely a mistake and even though its action did not injure Israeli forces, but what about Americans who were sailing and got attacked from their ally.
It was ironic to witness Americans got murdered by their own weapons and artilleries which have been provided by US government. The crews’ expectations are being demolished immediately after Israel opens fire towards them and their friends. Furthermore, the navy members were felt secure since they will anchor safely because of the protection from their “ally”, but bullets were only they got during the sail. However, the crews are adamantly said Israel was the perpetrator and it was not from other Middle East countries because the exclusivity to know the frequencies and mess around with the communication is the fatal point to debunk Israel bitterness. If Israel genuinely an ally for America, they will not harm American citizens and brought their children in military to fight for foreign country and assist its aggression. Although American people who have their husbands, relatives, dads, and kids in the USS Liberty tragedy got compensation dozens of thousands of dollars, children under the age of 5 were being denied to give 10,000 dollars because American government lawyer argued those minors cannot be able to perceive the trauma yet. Those children might not have the capability to digest the tragedy, but they will not have any biological father to support nor provide dad figure for their entire life. Consequently, the justice itself did not even meet the bar minimum for those whom lost their family members; Thereby, America and Israel often times not discipline to bring or obey the justice because they have been constantly wiping out fairness from their vocabulary since 1967 or even before USS Liberty being attacked.
USS Liberty assault has shaped and changed many people’s views about the aggression of Israeli military nor government. There are evitable evidences regarding the intention to cease USS Liberty from witnessing the betrayal of promise from White House. The enormous American flag, jamming tactical and international distress frequencies, greetings each other by waving back to American navy members are solid indications the intentional motif of the assault. However, the future from victims’ relatives is being taken away in order to maintain the relationship between America and Israel. The blood from their own people needs to be swipe away from the scene due to pressure from Jewish community towards American government, especially President Lyndon B. Johnson. Nonetheless, the ship was not the only one sinking because of the bullets and torpedoes, but its action was also sinking Americans’ reliance to their own government. Even though family members of those whose dad, husband, or child were on USS Liberty attack got compensation from America and Israel authorities, it is not fair enough to say the tragedy has been handled correctly since the children under the age of 5 were being rejected to get any compensations nor people are disremembered USS Liberty tragedy right now. The forgotten of USS Liberty is the repercussion for hiding the interviewees from journalists. Nowadays, folks are categorized the intention from Israeli government to attack USS Liberty as a theory conspiracy and labelled the tragedy as a incident, though the word does not match with the action.
